Welcome to "AnkleUp" (the "Product"), developed and operated by Beijing Hangsheng Hongying Education Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Product. By using the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Product provides ankle training and rehabilitation-related features, including plan generation, exercise demonstrations, training logs and progress tracking, to assist users with daily training and rehabilitation management. It does not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment advice.
The training plans and content provided by the Product are for reference only and cannot replace the diagnosis and advice of a licensed physician or physical therapist. If you have an acute injury, are in post-surgical recovery, or have any other special health condition, please use the Product only under the guidance of a qualified medical professional. We are not liable for any harm resulting from improper use of the Product or self-directed training without professional guidance.
The text, graphics, interface design, exercise demonstration content and other materials contained in the Product are owned by us or the relevant rights holders. No entity or individual may copy, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without authorization.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the service due to business needs, system maintenance, or other reasons, and will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance.
We may revise these Terms from time to time as required by law or business needs. The revised Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Product after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
